I am interested in the ecological functions of marine microbial organisms and how they respond to environmental changes. Current research is mainly about
1) Community composition of bacteria and protists in response to atmospheric deposition.
2) Functional changes (using metatranscriptomic approaches) of bacteria and protists in response to atmospheric deposition.
